Export a summary
Outcome
Section titled “Outcome”A completed structured summary is saved as Markdown, PDF, or DOCX at a location you choose.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- A session with a completed, reviewed summary.
- Permission to write to the selected destination.
- Open the completed session.
- Select Export in the session header.
- Choose Markdown, PDF, or DOCX.
- Confirm or change the suggested filename in the save dialog and select a destination.
- Open the exported file and review it before sharing it.
Expected result
Section titled “Expected result”Synthezia writes a structured summary with selected session metadata. The output is not a raw transcript export.
Data boundary
Section titled “Data boundary”Export generation and writing are local. The selected destination is outside Synthezia’s deletion flows.
Common problems
Section titled “Common problems”- Export is unavailable: generate a non-empty summary first.
- You need a transcript or TXT file: these formats are not implemented by the current public export flow.
- You see an audio-copy entry: audio-copy source semantics are inconsistent across active and reloaded sessions, so it is not a supported export contract.
